Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day or two. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 5 to 8 business days.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 12 business days of placing your order, please contact us at aidanwong640@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue and make it right.

Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Aligno is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at aidanwong640@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
